RE: New Operations Manager

January 12, 2009 Nate Foxx applied to become a model for PFL, INC. (PhillyFratLive.com). Nate was immediately hired and brought into the PhillyFratLive.com house. However, President (Sebastian’s Studios, INC. | AmAd Media Distribution, INC. | PFL, INC.) JJ Ruch decided to have Nate assist with daily operations in the corporations office. Nate accepted the offer.

It has now been 2 weeks since Nate began in the office. Nate has eagerly learned all operations that occur with the day to day operations of the above fore-mentioned entities. Nate will continue to be a film model for Sebastian’s Studios, INC. and a live cam model for PhillyFratLive.com.

Nate has received a promotion to the Operations Manager of all entities.

We believe after working very diligently with Nate, he will do nothing other than to succeed with his new position.
